The 737 is well known worldwide. I am sure you have seen this plane
at least once in your life, whether it be in an airport or online in an image. It is one of the most common passenger airliners, and a favorite among airlines. It was designed for short haul flights and to replace the 727 on these routes. It is quieter than the 727, and also has around the same capacity. This airliner was Boeing's most successful airliner. It has had its share of unfortunate accidents however, with the most recent being on the infamous 737 MAX aircraft, which are known for their poorer quality compared to other planes made by Boeing. However, they are still safer than many other airliners, and will continue be used in the years to come.
